Water heat exchanger for vehicles

A water container for a heat exchanger, particularly for vehicles, has a concave semi-tubular wall with flanged rim and is injection moulded to final shape through a single mould inlet on the rim. The rim is thicker than the rest; in the process of injection flow is retarded in the rim part and is accelerated in the main wall area so that the weld line is a single part opposite the injection point.
