PURPOSE:To print only the desired data by supplying a group designating code by means of a ten-key and at the same time supplying a print designating code showing whether the data contained in the designated group should be printed or not. CONSTITUTION:A control code containing a print designating code of three digits and a group designating code of three digits are supplied by means of a ten-key 12. Then a report key 14 is operated. Thus a CPU2 stores the register data to a control code storage region within an RAM4 in the form of a print designating code. Then the CPU2 operates a total amount of the departments contained in a major group on the basis of the control code and the print code. Furthermore the CPU2 discriminates whether the storage region is set at ''1'' or not. If ''1'' is set to the storage region, the details on the major group are printed. While the total amount of the major group is printed if ''1'' is not set to the storage region. Thus the procedure is over.
