PURPOSE:To enable a user to designate an optional format and printing only the designated data by designating an optional function data and deciding whether the designated function data should be printed or not. CONSTITUTION:A user sets function codes showing each function data needed for production of a report to a report format table 33. It is set by the codes whether these data should be printed or grouped as well as should be added to or subtracted from either one of report totalizers 1-3. Therefore it is possible to print only the desired function data. Furthermore the returns, the cancelling done immediately before delivery, the correction of designation, etc. can be printed in block under a correction item. Thus the user can select and print the optional function data. |
