PURPOSE:To simply and accurately reduce the noise terminal voltage between- line and the ground by connecting a reactor for limiting a charging current to the negative side of a power storage capacitor, thereby eliminating a high frequency noise to ride on a power source line. CONSTITUTION:A reactor 3 in an L-shaped filter is connected to the negative side output terminal of a rectifier 1, and a condenser 2 is connected between the output terminal of the reactor 3 and the positive side output terminal of the rectifier 1. An inverter 6 is driven by a drive circuit 39. A current limiting inductor 16 is connected to the negative side of a power storage condenser 4, and the positive side of the condenser 4 is coupled directly to the positive side of a power source line. An abrupt change of the charging current which is flowed from the rectifier 1 to the condenser 4 does not occur, and the potential across the condenser 4 is stabilized. |
