PURPOSE:To prevent generation of jamming in a paper sheet recovering apparatus using vane wheels by allowing separators to revolve and cross in the gap which exists between paper sheets, at an angular velocity over the angular revolution speed of the vane wheel. CONSTITUTION:A pair of separators 21a and 21b are fixed so as to put vane wheels 7a and 7b therebetween, on the outer periphery of a shaft 13 connected onto the rotary shaft of a pulse motor 14. Since the receiving teeth of each separator 21a, 21b passes through the gap which exists between paper sheets which travel on a transfer belt mechanism 31 at the angular speed larger than the angular revolution speed of the vane wheel 7a, 7b, the separator does not contact with paper sheets. Therefore, generating of jam at the inlet part of the vane wheel is prevented. |
