PURPOSE:To prevent the outflow of a thermally-regulated gas into a thermally- variable probe and thereby to enable the precise control of the temperature of a sample to be measured by a construction wherein a space containing the main components of the probe is turned to be a hermetically-sealed system except for an inlet of a spinner-rotating gas serving also as a temperature-controlling gas into said space and an outlet thereof. CONSTITUTION:A jack 21 of a snap-on type is fitted to the end of a coil lead wire of a coil 1 for irradiation and reception, and said jack 21 and a part of the lead wire 10 are fitted to a coil-supporting block 22 made of fluoroplastic, while a plug 24 is fitted to the end of the other coil lead wire 23 and fitted to a base board 11 made of fluoroplastic. A thermally-regulated nitrogen gas is discharged outside a probe through a discharging Dewar tube 26. A C-C thermocouple 27 is provided in the vicinity of a spinner 2. Portions between the base board 11 and various wires and tubes provided through the base board are sealed up with silicone putty, and thus a space containing the spinner 2 and the coil 1, etc. are hermetically sealed up from the outside except for the inlet and outlet of said nitrogen gas. |
