PURPOSE:To easily adjust the height of an offshore working platform by a method in which a ram is provided in a cylinder provided on the upper end of leg, the ram and a working platform floated on the sea surface are fixed, and the sea water is sent into the cylinder to raise the ram. CONSTITUTION:The lower ends of legs 1 are fixed to the seabed, an offshore working platform 15 are positioned right above the legs 1, and the upper end a ram 4 is connected to the lower end of a pressure receiver 18. The sea water is sent into a cylinder 3 through a water supply pipe 10 by a pump on a working ship to raise the ram 4. When the working platform 15 comes to a place at a given distance from the sea surface, the nuts 9 are loosened, the ram fixer 6 is moved inwards, the nuts 9 are clamped, and a stopper 11 is put on the fixer 6. The ram 4 and the fixer 6 are welded through a bracket 21 between the adjacent stoppers 11 in the circumferential direction. |
