<p>PURPOSE:To keep the terminal voltage of the tertially winding constant regardless of the tap position and increase the transportable capacity and make a transformer easy to work by a method wherein an exciting winding and a part of series windings are wound on a separate core leg to make a series transformer and this series transformer is contained in the 2nd tank. CONSTITUTION:The 1st series winding 11, the 1st shunt winding 12 and the tertially winding 3 are wound on the 1st main leg A of a core. The 2nd series winding 21, the 2nd shunt winding 22 and a tap winding 4 are wound on the 2nd main leg B of the core. Above windings are contained in the 1st tank 1. An exciting winding 5, which is excited by the tap winding 4, and the 3rd series winding 6 are wound on a separate core to compose a series transformer and this series transformer is contained in a separate tank II. The 1st and the 2nd series windings 11, 21 are connected in parallel and one end of them is connected to the high voltage terminal U. The 1st and the 2nd shunt windings 12, 22 are connected in series and the remaining end of the 1st shunt winding 12 is connected to the intermediate voltage terminal (u) and the remaining end of the 2nd shunt winding 22 is connected to the neutral terminal (v). The 3rd series winding 6 is connected to the 1st and the 2nd series windings 11, 21 in series through an oil-filled duct or the like and one end of the 3rd series winding 6 is connected to the intermediate voltage terminal (u) and the tap winding 4 is connected to the exciting winding 5.</p> |
