<p>PURPOSE:To use an ROM and RAM in common by forming a memory part provided with plural sockets mounting memory elements and switches for switching the ROM and RAM. CONSTITUTION:The switches 21-23 fitted to respective sockets 11-13 switches a WRITE signal line to the ROM (Vp) side or RAM (WR) wide, and if necessary, switches an ROM normal power supply +V to an RAM backup power supply +V(B). An ROM writer 3 mounts the ROM attachably/detachably. These sockets 11-13 and switches 21-23 constitute the memory part. The ROM writer 3 writes the contents of the ROM of the ROM writer 3 in the ROMS of respective sockets 22, 23 or writes the contents of the RAM in the ROM of the ROM writer 3 reversely. The ROM is replaced by the RAM of the socket of the corresponding memory and the loaded RAM can be fixed and used as an ROM.</p> |
