PURPOSE:To prevent the stalling of an engine, by regulating a control valve by a quantity dependent on the mean value, for a prescribed period, and then starting feedback control with the mean value to improve the accuracy of the regulation and the control. CONSTITUTION:A rotational frequency sensor 14 and an electric appliance 15 for an engine are connected to a CPU902. A down-counter 909 is connected to the solenoid 6a of a control valve. A memory 913 stores the means value of a controlled quantity calculated by the CPU902. The control valve is regulated by the controlled quantity dependent on the stored mean value, for a period from the prescribed time of the falling of the rotational frequency of the engine to the starting of feedback control. The feedback control is started with the mean value. The accuracy of the regulation and the feedback control is thus improved to prevent the stalling of the engine. |
