PURPOSE:To provide a printing system capable of eliminating color irregularity and reducing noise, constituted so as to perform entire area printing by performing plural numbers of printings in such a state that the feed of recording paper is stopped. CONSTITUTION:Dots 21a... are printed in a zigzag pattern by first scanning and, in second scanning, dots 21b... are printed in a zigzag pattern in the remaining interval not printed by first scanning at the same position without feeding recording paper. By these two scannings, entire surface printing is completed. In the first scanning, only a half dot is printed and the consumption amount of ink impregnated with an ink ribbon comes to 1/2 and there is timewise tolerance siffucient for replenishing ink to the used ink ribbon. |
