Various devices for resting places have changed in shape and nature. Steel insert spring mattresses, now called interior spring mattresses, are unchanged. Furthermore, nowadays most floors are covered by carpets or flooring. There has been an increase in electricity in households. It is a fact that the human being acquires static charges - some more so than others; some people get an electric shock on touching an earthed item. Our resting places also acquire charges, unless they are earthed, with the result being pain. Due to the increase in electricity, it should be possible to earth our resting places.
