PURPOSE:To prevent the leak of ink by ink mists adhered to high-tension feeder by a method in which a partition plate is provided between a deflection electrode and a voltage-feeding terminal which applies voltage to the deflection electrode to partition the deflection electrode side from the deflecting voltage supply side. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 20 is provided between deflection electrodes 4 and 5 and voltage supply terminals 24 and 25 to partition the path (ink mist generating region) I of ink jet from a deflecting voltage feeder II. Since a high- tension terminal and a high-tension feeder are present outside of the ink generating region, the ink mists are hard to adhere and the leak of ink is prevented. By providing a cover 28 to surround the high-tension terminal and the high- tension feeder in this case, the adherence of ink mists of the high-tension feeder can be more effectively prevented. |
