摘要 PURPOSE:To improve treating efficiency and operational accuracy by operating mass distribution in a tank from detected values of liquid pressure at specified positions of a liquid suspension in the tank, comparing the mass distribution with standard mass distribution, and controlling the mass and temp. of the liquid suspension to be fed to the tank basing on the deviation of the mass distribution. CONSTITUTION:Liquid pressure detecting devices 31a-31g are provided in an apparatus for manufacturing ammonium sulphate installed with a heater 10, evaporating vessel 11, and a crystallization vessel 12 in order, at specified distances in the height direction below the surface of crystal suspending liquid. The concn. and mass distribution of each slurry is operated from a previously determined relation between the pressure and the concn. of the slurry by an operator 35 basing on each pressure detected by the liquid pressure detecting devices. The concn. and mass distribution of each slurry are compared by another operator 37 with previously determined values for a standard slurry, and adjustment quantities, i.e. the amt. of the mother liquor of ammonium sulphate to be fed from a circulating tank 5 to the crystallization tank 12, heating temp. of the heater 10, and the amt. of water to be removed by the evaporator 11, are operated in accordance with the deviation from values for the standard slurry. Openings of each valve are operated corresponding to each adjustment value by an operation instructor 38, and instructed to a valve opening controller 41.
