PURPOSE:To attain turning on and off of power from a device at a remote location by providing a circuit controlling the power supply of a device to be controlled while receiving a power control command at a controller controlling the connection of a network. CONSTITUTION:In case of power application, a terminal device 103 transmits a power appliecation command taking a desitination terminal address as #1 to a connecting device 2. The device 2 applies a power 10 to a terminal device 3 by a power supply control signal 12 and the device 2 detecting the end of application set a destination address to #0 and transmits the power application notice to the device 103. Furthr, in case of disconnection of power, the device 103 sets a destination terminal address to #2 and transmits a power disconnecting request to the device 2. The device 3 transmits a disconnection permitting signal to the device 2 and sets the destination terminal address to #0 and transmits a power disconnection response to the device 2. The device 103 sets the destination terminal address to #1 and transmits the power disconnection command to the device 2, the device 2 confirms the presence of a disconnection permitting signal from the device 3 and disconnects the powr supply 10 and transmits the notice of disconnection to the device 103 while setting the destination terminal address to #0. |
