<p>PURPOSE:To attain efficient feeding to a multi-function terminal by preparing a battery to a terminal side and charging the battery periodically from an exchange station side when the battery is not used by the terminal device. CONSTITUTION:The operating power supply of a terminal control section CTL is supplied from a battery BATT. The battery is charged by closing a switch circuit S when feed is performed through a line from the exchange side and a feed detecting circuit PDET detects a voltage on the line. An exchange (not shown) checks a signal transmission/receiving circuit LIC periodically to decide an idle state of the terminal side, and when the terminal is idle, a switch drive means P is started, switching elements P0, P1 are closed and the feed is started from the feed circuit PFU. When the feed time is finished, the drive means P is reset and the feed is stopped.</p> |
