PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive performance as well as the surface finish of a diaphragm by forming a porous surface for the diaphragm constituted of a material kneading filler of graphite mica, etc. into a thermoplastic resin containing a copolymer of polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. or a compound. CONSTITUTION:100 polypropylene, 10 potassium titanate, 20phr graphite and titanium dioxide powder are dispersed into an organic solvent. Such a solution is coated on both sides of a film with 30mu thickness by means of a sprayer, a brush, etc. and dried. Thus it is possible to obtain an acoustic diaphragm having high adhesive performance and excellent furface finish. |
