<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a bending moment which acts on a plunger and prevent the power loss of a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor by forming an opposite face to the swash plate of a cylinder into a conical face while directing a reactional force applied to said plunger by said swash plate in the direction of the rotary axis of said cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A conical face 17a which is inclined so as to part from a swash plate 20 toward an outer periphery, is provided on the end part of a cylinder 17. The swash plate 20 is made approach the cylinder 17 by means of this conical face 17a, to reduce the projecting quantity of a plunger 19 from the cylinder 17. Also, the curvature radius of a spherical recessed part 20a which is engaged with the spherical end part 19a of the plunger 19, is made larger than the curvature radius of the spherical end part 19a. And, the spherical recessed part 20a makes its engaging point with the plunger 19 which is in its most projected position from the cylinder 17, position on the outermost side in the radial direction, to direct a reactional force which acts on the plunger 19 in the axial direction of the cylinder.</p> |
