PURPOSE:To find out an irregular copying by recording visually characters, such as a letter, a numeric, a mark, etc. at a vertical or a horizontal blanking interval and recording prescribed picture information at other intervals except above. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 27 is made off, a counter 22 disables an output until the number of the counted horizontal scanning reaches to thirty-two and increases the output in order starting from 1 when it exceeds thirty-two. Also, when the switch 27 is made on, the output is emitted when the number of the counted horizontal scanning exceeds sixty-four. Therefore, the inserting position of the character is indicated at the lower part of a picture plane a little, being out of the vertical blanking interval, and the character is appeared on the picture plane. Therefore, the inserting operation of the character can be operated making the switch 27 on and monitoring the picture plane, and by turning off the switch 27, the recording can be performed at the interval out of the vertical blanking interval. |
