<p>PURPOSE: Suede type artificial leather is characterized by having deep color shade and excellent fastness like light fastness, excellent texture, suede feel and physical properties like surface strength, tear tenacity and tensile tenacity. The suede type artificial leather is useful for a car seat, interior materials, medical supplies, clothes, shoes, a packet and gloves. A manufacturing method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: Suede type artificial leather comprises entangled superfine body of three dimensions and polymer elastomer A. The entangled body is comprised of superfine fiber having under 0.2dtex contains 0-8mass% of pigment A selected from organic pigment having 0.01-0.3μm of average diameter and carbon black having 0.01-0.3μm of the average diameter. The polymer elastomer A contains 1-20mass% of pigment B selected from: one pigment selected from the organic pigment having 0.05-0.6μm of the average diameter and the carbon black having 0.05-0.6μm of the average diameter; or pigment particles having 0.05-0.6μm of the average diameter and containing the organic pigment. A weight ratio of the polymer elastomer A to the entangled body of three dimensions is 15:85 - 60:40.</p> |
