摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the boiler efficiency, by a method wherein a device is provided with a main combustion furnace, a mechanically-operated dust collector, a motor-operated dust collector, an ash recombustion furnace, and a dust collector for ash recombustion furnace. CONSTITUTION:Coal and a desulfurizing agent are fed in the fluidized bed of a main combustion furnace 1 through a fuel feed pipe 10, and they are burnt at the temperature of, for example, 800-900 deg.C well suited for desulfurization and in an air ratio of more than 0.9. Gas containing dust is fed in a mechanically- operated dust collector (multicyclone) 2, and after dust is separated, it is fed in a motor-operated dust collector 25, and fine dust is further removed to discharge it through a pipe line 26 to a chimney, (not shown). The dust, collected by the multicyclone 2 and the motor-operated dust collector 25, is fed through a pipe line 13 to the fluidized bed of an ash recombustion furnace 3 to burn an unburnt content. Exhaust gas from the ash recombustion furnace 3 is fed through a pipe line 14 to a dust collector 4, and after fine dust is finally removed, it joins with exhaust gas from the motor-operated dust collector 25 after passing through a pipe line 15 and is exhausted to a chimney, (not shown).
