摘要 PURPOSE:To form a pulse encoder unit which is capable of preventing an uneven rotation of a motor by performing only an analog processing to a triangular wave signal of an output of a pulse encoder, and obtaining a feedback voltage. CONSTITUTION:A light radiated from an LED1 being a light emitting element is received by a light transmission use collimator lens through an optical fiber 2, and a parallel light radiated from the collimator lens 3 transmits through a rotary slit 4 and a fixed slit 5, and is received by a photodetecting collimator lens 6. The light received by the photodetecting collimator lens 6 is received by a photodiode 8 being a photodetector through an optical fiber 7. The optical fiber and the collimator lens are used instead of a conventional LED, as a light source which is made incident to the rotary slit 4, therefore, the light which transmits through the rotary slit 4 and the fixed slit 5 nearly resembles parallel lines, and accordingly, an output signal obtained in a terminal 9 and 10 becomes a triangular wave. By differentiating this triangular wave, a feedback voltage of a much better quality than that of a conventional optical pulse coder is obtained.
