PURPOSE:To provide a tank efficiently by expanding the inner shell of the tank. CONSTITUTION:The outer shell 12 of a tank is prepared by fiber reinforced plastics. A thermoplastic pipe 1 is heated and inserted into the outer shell 12 of the tank. In this case, one end of the pipe 1 is provided so that it is projected out of the outer shell 12 of the tank. Both ends of the pipe 1 are closed tightly by plugs 3, 4. An air pressure pipe 5 is connected to the air passageway 2 of the plug 4, the pressure air pushes and expands the inner part of the pipe 1 and the projected end 1A of the pipe 1 is compressed according to the expansion of the pipe 1 through the plug 3. In this manner, an inner shell 11 is obtained. |
