PURPOSE:To easily obtain a definite amount of power while contributing to energy saving and preservation of the environment by rotating a rotary equipment at a certain rotary speed using the flotage of balloons as a driving source. CONSTITUTION:Since nearly a quarter of all balloons installed around a frame body 3 are held with pressure in a compressing and holding duct 10, normal flotage is generated in the remaining three-quarter balloons 4. In this way, a rotary equipment is rotated by means of only the flotage of the balloons 4, enabling rotary power to be taken out from a pulley 14 mounted on a rotary main shaft 1. Thereby, a definite electric power can be obtained by coupling the shaft of a generator 16 to this pulley 14. |
