PURPOSE:To heighten the efficiency of processing such as finishing, by attaching a tool or the like to a moving truck to move the tool around the center of curvature of a curved part to be processed, so that the profiling angle of the tool or the like to the curved part is kept constant. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 1 is secured as a workpiece by a clamp 7 concentrically to a turntable 6. A fulcrum 11 is placed on the center of curvature of a curved part 5 by a screw 9. The angle between a processing head 22 and the curved part 5 is adjusted by guide bars 12a, 12b. A rotating motor and a vertically moving motor are turned forward and backward as a moving truck 13 is run around the fulcrum 11 and the surface of the curved part 5 is detected by a stylus, so that three-dimensional profiled processing is carried out at a constant angle. After the processing of the curved part 5, the turntable 6 is automatically rotated to similarly process the curved part 5 of a next vane by the head 22. The efficiency of processing is thus heightened. |
