PURPOSE:To reduce cost by employing only main valve for passing supply liquid while providing a liquid pressure regulating valve and two means for opening/ closing the communicating path then performing two step control of main valve thereby simplifying the structure and operation considerably. CONSTITUTION:Upon excitation of solenoid valve 39, liquid will flow out from a diaphragm chamber 12d through a regulation valve 34 and line 38 to the secondary chamber side 12c, to start upward motion of main valve 14 through liquid pressure P1 functioning onto a diaphragm film 22. When the opening of said valve 34 is reduced to match flow-out from said chamber 12d with flow-in from the line 40, main valve body 14 will stop while main valve 17 will balance at semi-open state to flow liquid from primary chamber 12b through main valve 17 to the secondary chamber side 12c. Upon excitation of solenoid valve 46 to communicate the diaphragm chamber 12d through lines 40, 42 with secondary chamber 12c, volume of liquid in said chamber 12d will decrease further to further drop the liquid pressure P3 thereby the main valve body 14 will further move upward to bring main valve 17 to full-open state. |
