An electroacoustic transducer, which can be used in particular in a telephone handset, comprises a plastic casing in a plurality of parts. The magnetic circuit includes a flat annular pole mass 14 fixed to one of the parts of the casing through ultrasonic creep of the material of the casing at points distributed around the periphery of the mass, an annular magnet 18 resting on the said flat pole mass, and a stamped pole mass 20, fixed to the same part 10 of the casing and centred in this part through ultrasonic creep, the said pole masses delimiting the annular gap 22 of radial dimension less than 600 mu m. <IMAGE>
