PURPOSE:To display simultaneously handwritten memos later to a document and to perform correction and addition of document information, by entering the handwritten memos to the filed documents displayed on a display at an optional region shown by a cursor on a monitor display. CONSTITUTION:A document is coded and supplied from a document input part 1 of a document file device and then stored at a document file part 3. This part 3 is controlled by a file control part 4, and display picture signals are stored in a refresh memory 5 for document display and a refresh memory 6 for writing memos. These stored picture signals are synthesized by a video signal synthesizing circuit 7 and displayed on a monitor display 8. Then a cursor control information input part 9, a cursor display control part 10, a memorandum input part 11, a memo writing control part 12, etc. are added to the document file device. Then a handwritten memo is written to a region shown by a cursor on the display 8, and the handwritten memos given later are displayed simultaneously to a displayed document and at the same time stored in the memory 6 together with displayed pictures. |
