PURPOSE:A stream of layers of which each layer consists of alternately arranged streams of polymers A and B is intersected with flow layers of polymer C and they are extruded through the spinneret to form an alternately arranged body of high polymers easily. CONSTITUTION:Polymer flows A and B are sent to the inlet 23 and passed through a multi-staged set of flow-alternating elements to change the polymer flow from the side-by-side type 39 to the layers consisting alternately of polymer A and polymer B each. Then, the resultant polymer flow with 2X2<n> layers is sent together with the third polymer C to the second set of flow-alternating elements. The direction of the layers of the A and B polymer flow is intersected with the direction of the layers of the polymer C flow at an angle of 90 deg.+ or - alpha (0<alpha<90 deg.) so that many of interfaces between layers of polymers A and B are separated by polymer C layers to effect alternate arrangement, then the resultant polymer flow is extruded out of the spinneret 38.
