PURPOSE:To enable to move a movable member in 3-dimensional manner by coupling the movable member and a supporting member via a universal joint member. CONSTITUTION:A universal joint is disposed at the coupler between a supporting shaft 51 and a movable shaft 52, and force of support is communicated between the supporting side and the moving side. The universal shaft joint is composed of a supporting side yoke 55, a cross bracket 56 and a movable side yoke 56. A spherical shell-shaped pattern member 53 coupled to the shaft 51 and a shell- shaped drive member 54 concentrical with the member 53 are rotatably provided outside the universal joint. A drive control signal is applied between the member 53 and the pattern of the member 54. |
