PURPOSE:To improve the durability by forming an outer housing of a soft steel material, and disposing the projecting surface of the housing through a small air gap on the outer periphery of a magnet rotor. CONSTITUTION:An outer housing 2 formed by pressing a soft steel plate is clamped by screws on a bottom plate 3 at the lower edge 2a of the housing 2. Metal cylinders 4, 5 are press-fitted to the central hollow holes of the outer housings 2, 3. Annular magnetic units 6a, 6b become a magnetic path of a magnet rotor 9. Armature coils 7a, 7b are bonded to the upper surfaces of the units 6a, 6b. A solft steel piece 8 is secured through a small air gap to the circumference of the rotor 9 inside the housing 2. |
