PURPOSE:To operate the rotary hydraulic machine in stable by a method wherein suction temperature is detected to set the control range of the angle of stator blade and prevent to enter into surging zone. CONSTITUTION:The range of the angle of stator blade, which is lower than the threshold value of surging corresponding to the suction temperature, is preset by data. A stator blade angle control signal (b) is inputted into a low selector 3 from other control signal circuit 4, however, the low selector 3 outputs the stator blade angle control signal (b) to a stator blade control unit 5 only when the signal (b) is within the control range (a) of the stator blade angle and controls the angle of the stator blade, therefore, the rotary hydraulic machine may be operated stably. |
