PURPOSE:To aim at a distinct improvement in wearproofness, by setting up both of a first friction material being organically coupled with an antislipping agent of an inorganic substance or synthetic resins or the like as a main component and a second friction material being organically coupled with a metallic substance as the main component on almost the same frictional contact surface all together. CONSTITUTION:Friction surface plates 10 and 10 consist of the following formation that both of a first friction material 11 being organically coupled with an antislipping agent of an inorganic substance or synthetic resins such like asbestos or glass or silicon carbide otherwise as a main component and a second friction material 21 being organically coupled with a metallic substance as the main component are set up on almost the same friction surface, and the second friction material 21 is set up on a friction surface part of the first friction material 11 so as to cause plural friction surfaces to be exposed in a stepping- stone manner. The gross area of a friction surface 21a in the second friction material 21 is suitable to be about 5-25% of the area of a friction surface 11a of the first friction material 11.
