PURPOSE:To remove toner from a photosensitive body efficiently by providing the titled device with a magnet roll having magnetic force which is arranged on a position opposed to the photosensitive body after transfer and a sleeve covering the external periphery of the magnet roll and consisting of a non-magnetic body. CONSTITUTION:The cleaning device 3 is constituted of the magnet roll 31 magnetically charged by different polarity successively at its periphery and the cylindrical non-magnetic sleeve 32 formed so as to cover the external periphery of the magnet roll 31. The sleeve 32 is formed by a conductive member, earthed and rotated around the shaft 33. The magnet roll 31 is fixed so that one magnetic pole is opposed to the photosensitive body 1. In said constitution, remaining toner is removed by magnetically attractive force, so that the toner can be removed from the photosensitive body efficiently. |
