PURPOSE:To separate fairly an input side from an output side and to make unnecessary a wave absorber, etc. by opening waveguides at the input side and the output side of a unit circuit connected with the waveguides in the opposite directions respectively. CONSTITUTION:At a substrate 5 made of copper (Cu), etc. on one side, an recessed part 7 and a waveguide 3 consisting of a through hole are formed, and at the substrate 6 on the other side, recessed parts 8 and 9 and the waveguide 3 consisting of the through hole are formed. The recessed part 9 at a center part forms a space on an ultra high-frequency integrated circuit 1 and a strip line 2 at the substrate 5 on one side. Also, the recessed part 8 closes the waveguide 3 formed at the substrate 5 on one side. Similarly as the recessed part 8, a recessed part 7 formed at the substrate 5 on one side closes the waveguide 3 formed at a substrate 6 on the other side. Besides, the substrates 5 and 6 are made close contact with each other and then fixed. At such a case, a composition plane should be a fairly flat plane and, for example, a gold (Au) plating is applied. Thereby, the apertures of the waveguides 3 at the input side and the output side are formed in the opposite sides respectively. |
