USE:An intermediate for producing natural type polyprenol. PREPARATION:A tetrahydropyranyloxyacetone shown by the formula II (THPO is tetrahydropyranyloxy group) is reacted with (Z)-(4,8-dimethyl-10-alkoxy-4- decenyl)triphenylphosphonium iodide shown by the formula III in the presence of n-butyllithium to give a compound shown by the formula IV wherein both two isoprenes are cis form and the tetrahydropyranyloxy group is eliminated or further halogenated to give a compound shown by the formula I.</p> |
