PURPOSE:To obtain readily the titled container without steps such a step as of attaching partitions, by formng a thermoplastic resin sheet that has been formed previously with ridges that will serve as partitions into a partitioned container developed sheet. CONSTITUTION:First, a thermoplastic resin sheet 33 is molded to have ridges 34, and is cut to obtain a partitioned container developed sheet 2'. Then after for example the sheet 2' is fed to a working machine 1, the sheet 2' is passed through heated edges 14 with the sheet 2' retained on vertically movable press plates 17 so that peripheral sections 15 of side forming sections 8 of the sheet 2' are heated to be melted, and then after the sheet 2' is lowered to the upper surface of a vertically movable receiving plate 10 and a mold 5, the sheet 2 is lowered further so that the side forming sections 8 are made upright along slants 7 of the mold 5 and at the same time the melted sections 15 are joined to obtain the intended container 3'. EFFECT:Dismounting of the partitions would not occur. |
