PURPOSE:To stabilize a measurement against external noise, etc., and to improve the accuracy by minimizing a scale of a device, and to raise a responsiveness by gaining a correlation among >= two groups of receiving signals, and executing direct counting of the recceiving signal and temporary stop of the display. CONSTITUTION:An output of a receiving and amplifying circuit 5 is sent out to a shift register 31, also sent out to a gate circuit 61 provided between a comparing circuit 33 and a counting circuit 6, and a receiving signal is sent out directly to a counter 6 only when a compared output is obtained. Also, in case when an output of the amplifying circuit 5 is detected and integrated 62, and the integral value increases from a prescribed value, a displaying circuit 7 is cut off for a constant interval of time by a gate circuit 63 provided between the counting circuit 6 and the displaying circuit 7, and a stabilization against a temporary continuous noise is executed. Also, a noise component is integrated 62 by providing a filter 63 whose frequency is different from a transmitting and receiving signal frequency between the amplifying circuit 5 and a detecting integrator 62, cut-off is executed by the gate 60 against a large noise, and the stabilization is executed. |
