PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. suitable for use in bonding polypropylene to paper, by blending a specified acrylic copolymer, an epibis type epoxy resin and a polyisocyanate compd. CONSTITUTION:5-15pts.wt. (meth)acrylonitrile, 0.1-5pts.wt. (meth)acrylamide, 1-10pts.wt. ethylenically unsaturated monomer having a hydroxyl group, such as 2-hydroxylethyl acrylate, and 93.9-70pts.wt. other ethylenically unsaturated monomer, such as methyl acrylate, are copolymerized to obtain an acrylic copolymer having a glass transition point of 10 deg.C or below. 5-30pts.wt. poly- isocyanate compd. such as hexamethylene diisocyanate is blended with 100pts.wt. mixture consisting of said copolymer and a liquid epibis type epoxy resin such as Epikote 828 (a product of shell International Chemicals Corporation) in a weight ratio of 80/20-95/5.
