PURPOSE:To realize an unmanned operation of an inside control center of a plant by providing a switching device with which a system monitor panel and an operator console set at the inside and outside control centers of the plant can be controlled from either of both centers. CONSTITUTION:A control computer PSC-CPU set at the inside control center of a plant performs the input/output processing of an operator console 6A, a system monitor panel 7A and the plant respectively via a process input/output device when a changeover switch 105 is switched to the inside control center side. When the switch 105 is set at the outside control center side, MODEM devices 2A and 3A are linked to MODEM devices 2B and 3B of the outside control center respectively. Then the record information, etc. of the plant are delivered to a remote typewriter 9, and at the same time data are transferred via devices 3A and 3B to the conversation request given from an operator console 6B. Then the answer of this request is delivered to a CRT5B, etc. |
