PURPOSE:To shorten the retaining time of paint on a roller and to carry out surely coating of the multicomponent paint consisting of a main agent and a hardener by providing a cover which rubs a roller and the inner surface along the circumferential surface of the roller rotating at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:The circumferential surface of a spray-roller 1 rotated at a high speed is formed in a brush-shaped or rugged surface state. A cover 5 and a material supplying unit 2 furnishing a multicomponent paint are provided along the circumferential surface of the roller 1 and at the upper part. The materials are supplied directly on the circumferential surface, mixed with each other by rubbing, and spurted in the tangential direction. In this manner, the multicomponent paint consisting of a main agent and a hardener is definitely painted.
