A corrugated metal pound board comprises parallel channels of equal width and of equal depth, measured from the centre-line A, which are disposed alternately on either side of the centre-line. Each channel has a flat web 1 terminating on both sides in flanges 2 which are disposed at equal obtuse angles of their respective webs and radiused to facilitate clearing of the board. All the webs are parallel to the centre-line A and the extreme flanges 3 of the board extend in opposite directions from their respective webs. The intermediate flanges 2 are curved at all points, there being a point of inflexion at a point intermediate between the two webs.</p> |
