发明名称 HOLDING CONSTRUCTION OF CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the frequency of a crystal oscillator from being changed by secular change and an adhering force of an adhering part of a pad of electrodes of the crystal oscillator by forming a metallic layer for preventing errosion and diffusion of the pad made of a soft metal and adhering a connecting part onto the metallic layer by the soft metal. CONSTITUTION:A holder lead wire 4 and the metallic layer 20a on the pad 3a are adhered as follows. That is, a prescribed amount of the soft metal 6 such as solder is provided to a contact part 4a between the holder lead wire 4 and the metallic layer 20a on the pad 3a, a thermal energy is applied to the contact part 4a so as to melt the soft metal 6, then the soft metal 6 is filled in the gap at the surrounding of the contact part 4a by the surface tension, and the adhering between the holder lead wire 4 and the metallic layer 20a on the pad 3a is finished by cooling and solidifying the soft metal 6. The adhering face between the metallic layer 20a and the holder lead 4 to be adhered is taken as a connecting part. Even if the so-called phenomenon such as errosion and diffusion of metal occurs in said metallic layer, it does not reach the electrodes made of the soft metal being an adhering member by adhering the metallic layer on the pad of the electrodes of the crystal oscillator.
