PURPOSE:To wire between reset terminals easily by disposing a window opening section in the reset terminal in the same direction as a window opening section in the reset terminal in another logic circuit and disposing it while being separated from a window opening section in a transistor in an extent that causes no trouble to an internal wiring in said logic circuit. CONSTITUTION:A window opening section in a base region in a transistor 12 having a reset function for flip-flop circuits 18 and 21 is arranged separated from window opening sections in either transistor in the logic circuits on the injector current supply line 16 side on one side and in an extent that causes no trouble to an internal wiring not extracted to the outsides of the logic circuits 18, 21. When reset terminals in each logic circuit are connected in common, the reset terminals can easily bewired mutually by arranging a rest signal line 24 on one side.
