PURPOSE:To enable to perform an automatic insertion and installation of the electronic parts in a highly accurate and speedy manner when they are mounted on a wired base board by a method wherein the main body parts of two or more of electronic parts are fixed on a rubber material using a supportor lead. CONSTITUTION:An electronic part 3 is held and supported to a rubber material 1 using a supportor lead 5, and a number of electronic parts 3 are formed in one body. A guide hole 2 is provided on the rubber material 1 for the purpose of maintaining a high working accuracy when a wire bonding work and the like is performed. Besides, when the electronic parts 3 are molded by resin, said electronic parts are linked with the supportor lead 5 by the running out resin, and they are supported by the help of the resin. A plurality of lead-out leads 4 coming from the electronic parts 3 which are supported by the rubber material 1, and the bending work of a terminal is performed in line with the mounting method of the printed wiring substrate whereon a mounting work will be performed. |
