METHOD FOR DEVELOPING OF DIAZO PHOTOSENSITIVE PAPER

PURPOSE:To obtain a color image high in density prevnted from discoloration and fading of the image and background immediately attaching a developing soln. by developing a latent image with an electrolyte composed essentially of a specified guanidine salt. CONSTITUTION:A developing station comprises a cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte composed essentially of a guanidine salt represented by the general formula shown here in which X is an inorg. or org. acid. Development is executed by attaching an alkaline soln. produced from the cathode during electrolysis to the diazo photosensitive paper on which a latent image is formed. Said inorg. or org. acid salt of guanidine is dissolved in a solvent up to 50% to form the electrolyte.
