PURPOSE:To enable provision of skew to a slot part in a press die for producing iron cores for lamination of a rotary electric machine which blanks successively respective parts while moving a belt-like steel plate by making a die set for blanking the slot part independently rotatable. CONSTITUTION:A belt-like steel plate 1 is blanked successively of a slot part 3, a shaft hole 4 for a rotor, a blank 5 for a rotor and a stator iron core 6 while the plate is moved intermittently in a direction A. The hole 4 is first blanked with a blanking blade 9 attached to a die set 7 of a press die body, and the slot part 3 is blanked by a die unit 10 independent from the set 7 in the succeeding stage. The unit 10 is rotated around a prescribed position O with respect to the set 7 by the prescribed angle corresponding to the skew angle of the iron core 6 by a driving device 12 attached to the set 10 at every blanking of the part 3, then the next blanking is accomplished. The position of the blanked part 3 is thus deviated successively by every prescribed angle with respect to the centerline Y-Y of the core 6 by as much as the angle corresponding to the skew angle when the core 6 is laminated and said part is blanked. |
