CONSTITUTION:The rotation detecting signal A supplied from a rotation sensor not shown in the drawing for detecting the rotation of a wheel is shaped by a wave form shaping circuit 2 to be outputted as a rectangular wave signal B. CPU 3 calculates the difference of adjacent pulse intervals of the rectangular wave signal B supplied to an input board IN and, when the polarity to the difference value is positive, judges said signal B as acceleration and, when negative, judges as deceleration,.
