<p>PURPOSE:To supply lubricating oil separated from refrigerant effectively to the bearing section, by partitioning the refrigerant path of swash plate type compressor used in an air conditioner for car and forming a swash plate chamber and an oil separation chamber. CONSTITUTION:A pair of cylinder blocks 1 are jointed and a swash plate 2 is rotatably contained in central section, while three cylinder bores 4 are provided in the cylinder block 1. Lowermost one of fan-shaped space 5 formed between said cylinder bores 4 is used as an oil sump chamber 17 while the other is used as low pressure refrigerant path 23. Low pressure refrigerant path 23 is partitioned by a pair of perpendicular barriers 10, 15, 19, 20 to form a swash plate chamber 16 while a pair of oil separation chamber 21 is formed between the end faces of the barrier and the cylinder block. Consequently the separation between the refrigerant and the lubrication oil is performed even on the surface of the circumferential walls 24, 24' and the separated lubrication oil can be supplied effectively to the bearing portion.</p> |
