PURPOSE:To obtain the titled film of vinyl chloride resin having a good opening property and applicable for the automatic packaging machine by a method wherein a two-color extruding tubular film having a transparent portion and a delustered portion which are nearly equal in area has a fold near the boundary and is flattened. CONSTITUTION:Two extruding machines are used. Soft transparent mixtured composition based upon normal vinyl chloride resin from one extruding machine and soft delustered mixed composition based upon vinyl chloride copolymer composed of comonomer 0.05-5% of one kind min. of polyether glycol di(metha)acrylate, (metha)acrylate, etc. and vinyl chloride 99.95-95% from the other extruding machine are extruded at nearly equal quantities to obtain the tubular films. These two kinds of films are folded near the boundary, flattened by a pinch roll and wound to obtain the desired film. |
